At First Baptist Church of Rincon, the goal of our preschooler’s ministry is to offer a place where children from newborn through K4 can discover that God created them and loves them very much. Through age-appropriate worship, teaching, and a variety of fun activities, our preschoolers learn about God and His love. All our preschool activities and classes meet on the first floor of our Kidz Building.
Preschool Activity Time on Sundays
On Sundays, at 9:00AM/10:30AM, during our worship services, we offer childcare where the kidz learn about God through playtime, crafts, stories, and other fun activities.
Sunday School for Preschoolers
Our kidz Sunday School is fully staffed with screened adults and high school students who are committed and trained to teach and minister to our preschoolers. You can be confident that your child is well-cared for and having a great time learning about God while you worship and attend a class. Sunday School/DNA Groups are offered on Sundays at 9:00AM and at 10:30AM.
Missions for Preschoolers
Our preschoolers, newborn-K4, Mission Friends, meets Wednesdays, at 7:00PM, where they learn about missions through missionary stories, culture studies, and perform age-appropriate service projects to people in our church and community.
Mothers of Preschoolers (M.O.P.S.)
If you are a mom of small children (ages birth through kindergarten), we hope you will join us for fellowship, fun, and lots of great food! MOPS is a great way to receive encouragement and to get to know other moms. MOPS meets the second Tuesday of every month. To learn more or to get involved contact Rebekah O’Dell (912) 398-9911 or visit the M.O.P.S. website.
